We also handle the paperwork on the employees; from payroll, employment taxes, annual form W-2's, payroll garnishments, etc. We inherit the bookkeeping for all employees. Safety Policy Statement
It is the policy of Go Ye, Inc., to work continually
toward improving our Safety Policy, as well as our
safety procedures.
It is Go Ye, Inc.'s intent to provide a safe working
environment in all areas, for all employees.
Controlling the work environment and the actions of
employees prevent accidents and injuries.
Therefore, safety will take precedence over
expediency or shortcuts. Every attempt will be made
to reduce the possibility of accident occurrence.
Protection of employees, the public, and company
property and operation is paramount. No phase of
the operation will be considered more important
than the health and safety of the employee.
The management of Go Ye, Inc., will not knowingly
send employees to facilities with known,
uncontrolled hazardous working conditions.
Safety Training
It is the responsibility of the client to provide on the
job safety training to every employee placed,
including temporary employees. Upon request, Go
Ye, Inc. may provide some materials to aid in safety
training.
Safety Inspection
Go Ye, Inc. will perform safety inspections upon the
formation of a new contract and on random basis
after that. However, It is the responsibility of the
client to provide safety inspections of their facility
regularly. It is recommended that inspections be
done daily with extensive inspections being
conducted on a quarterly basis.
